Hilton Garden Inn Jackson/Madison

A great stay, room was comfortable and well appointed, and the location worked out well for my purposes. Convenient to many amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful, and they did a good job handling our early checkout. Highly recommended!

This hotel was nice, clean, and the staff was friendly. The room was large (bigger than the embassy suite room) the only thing I noticed was the bathroom door didn't lock and the small shelf is in the shower didn't seem to be attached very well. That being said the beds are comfortable as well as the pillows. The room was spotless. It was great and for a great price.

Hilton Garden Inn – Madison, MS This was our second stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Madison, MS. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and found the staff to be friendly and very accommodating. The rooms, hallways, elevators, and most common areas were clean, though there was some buildup in the shower area, and the inside of the spa and pool could use a fresh coat of paint. We also noticed that the common areas were better maintained during the day shift compared to the night shift. The hotel offers a heated pool and spa, a fitness area, and casual common spaces that are comfortable for relaxing. Our room included a fridge (no freezer), microwave, and Keurig. Free coffee is available in the lobby, and there’s a convenient water bottle refill station in the hallway near the common restrooms. Breakfast is freshly cooked with plenty of options and is $15 per person. The location is a big plus—within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shopping, with plenty of parking available. We stayed during a winter storm and never lost power, which was reassuring. One downside was that the Hilton Honors text service through the Hilton Honors app did not receive a response, which was disappointing since we’ve never had that issue at other Hilton properties. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with a great location, and we would consider staying here again.

Great location, staff is friendly and welcoming and rooms are clean. Rooms are very comfortable with a fridge, microwave, storage, nice shower (w/Crabtree & Evelyn products), large TV, etc. We didn't use the pool (very small) or hot tub, but the area was nice. Breakfast was for a charge and they have a bar in the pretty lobby.

There were 3 of us and our little dog Ted. We had another arrangement made that fell through at the last minute. So we ended up booking here. It was the best turnout to a bad situation ever. This property is staffed by the most wonderful people ever!! Even the maintenance man was an absolute gem!! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel is clean and welcoming as soon as you enter. The desk staff will do anything in their power to make your stay the best ever! We will assuredly go back, and we absolutely highly recommend this oasis.

Close to lots of food options, not far from the highway, room is quite. Well stocked snacks and equipped fitness area! Pool looked clean, not large and there is a hot tub. Check in was smooth and good conversation.

Since January 2025, we stayed here off and on for about six weeks with our dog. We had a very good experience the entire time. The location is excellent. There is a shopping center next door with every store you could need (restaurants, coffee shop, Kroger, Home Depot, wine/liquor store, pet food/supplies, etc.) The hotel service workers were so good. Every request, be it towels, extra cups, etc. was quickly and politely answered. The front desk personnel were personable, polite, and paid attention. The real star of the front desk SARA! She is such a professional and she made our stay top-notch. She is welcoming, friendly, and attentive to requests. Our dog loved her, so you know she's special. The hotel is lucky to have her. I predict she will have a stellar career. Thank you, Sara!

The service and amenities here were excellent. The service was incredible. The breakfast was top notch and everyone here was very friendly and helpful. Best HGI we have stayed at and we travel alot and are diamond members.
